Class Cancellation & Credit Policy
Because our classes have limited seating and are thoughtfully prepared in advance, all class registrations are final.
No Refunds or Cancellations
We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for missed or unused classes.
Store Credit
If you are unable to attend a class you’ve registered for, we are happy to offer store credit that can be applied toward a future class or workshop at The Makery. Credits must be requested 48 hours prior to the start of the class.
Class Cancellations by The Makery
In the rare event that a class is cancelled by The Makery, you will be given the option of a full refund or store credit.
Why This Policy Exists
As a small, community-based art studio, each seat in our classes matters. Materials are prepared, instructors are scheduled, and spaces are held specifically for you. Because of this, we do not have the capacity to absorb last-minute cancellations or lost sales.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support — it helps us continue offering creative experiences and supporting local artists.
