Young Artist Entrepreneur Academy

Calling all creative kids with big ideas! In this exciting week long camp, young makers will learn how to turn their creativity into a real business while designing and developing products of their own.

Throughout the week, campers will explore product design, branding, packaging, marketing, pricing, and customer service through fun hands on projects and interactive activities. Students will hear from local artists, makers, and small business owners while building confidence in their own creative voice and entrepreneurial skills.

The Makery will provide materials for brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and creating sample products during camp. Campers will have the opportunity to explore ideas, test concepts, and begin developing products they may choose to continue creating after camp in preparation for The Makery’s Young Entrepreneur Fair later this summer.
