About the event
Member Meet-Up: Create, Connect & CARVE
Free • Members Only • Every 4th Thursday
Join us every fourth Thursday for Member Meet-Up, a relaxed evening created just for The Makery community.
Bring whatever you're currently working on and settle in for some creative time alongside fellow makers. Painting, stitching, sketching, knitting, planning your next project, or finally finishing the thing that's been sitting on your worktable — all creative projects are welcome.
Each month will be a little different. We'll occasionally welcome guest speakers, local artists, and creative professionals to share their work, teach us something new, or spark a conversation. Other months, we'll simply gather, work on our individual projects, swap ideas, and enjoy being creative together.
This month, Steffen Christos will demonstrate his unique pumpkin carving technique. You're welcome to bring your own pumpkin and carve alongside him. Carving materials will be provided.
