Makery Youth Class: 6-Week Introduction to the Wheel
This fun and exciting series of classes is perfect for young people aged 10 and up who are new to pottery and want to learn how to use a potter's wheel. Over six awesome sessions, you'll get hands-on experience and discover how to turn clay into amazing creations. Each class builds on what you learned before, making sure you understand all the cool techniques needed to create your own pottery.
During the workshop, you’ll learn how to center clay on the wheel, control its speed, and shape the clay into different sizes and forms. You’ll get to see how your skills improve as you practice!
