About the event
Hand-building: DIY Mug Class
Join us for a fun, hands-on session where you’ll get to build your very own pottery piece from scratch. Our fine arts instructor, Steffen Christos will show you all the basics—from using the right tools to shaping your mug and adding your own unique touches. It’s all about getting messy, having fun, and finding new ways to express yourself with clay!
Once your piece has completed its initial bisque firing, we will inform you. You can then come back to glaze your mugs. After they are fired again, they will be food safe and ready to take home. The entire process, from start to finish, can take between 3 to 4 weeks.
For ages 10+ (Participants ages 12 and younger must have a parent signed up with them. No Drop Offs or Sit Ins)
