About The Makery
IMG_8179.JPG

At The Makery, we started with a simple idea: to create a space where artists, makers, and creatives could come together, share ideas, and inspire one another. From the beginning, our goal has been to build a truly collaborative community—a place where creativity thrives because people work, learn, and grow together.

Our shared studio, hands-on workshops, and supportive membership programs are designed to empower local artists, nurture artisan small businesses, and provide access to professional tools and resources. Every project, class, and event is rooted in connection, collaboration, and the belief that creativity is stronger when shared.

Join us, explore our memberships and classes, and become part of a Wake Forest art community where collaboration, inspiration, and creativity come to life.
