Order summary
This Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions and Co-Working Details form, and any applicable Addendum, is entered into by and between Wilmoth Interiors, LLC (“Owner”), located at 317 E Roosevelt Ave. Wake Forest, NC 27587, and the user as indicated by your agreement to this policy(“User”). In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Co-Working Details form, the Co- Working Details form shall prevail. When signing this Agreement, you must have proper authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the company listed above and incur the obligations described in this Agreement on behalf of such company. I agree to the Terms & Conditions, Payment authorization terms & conditions membership details form and any applicable addendum in the Co-Working Agreement. Acceptance of Terms. The Owner agrees to provide the User the services (defined in co-working agreement) the subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to modify and/or update the Terms of Use, Community and Facility Rules and the Internet Policy at any time. The Owner will provide the User with any modifications.
