The Makery in Wake Forest offers a versatile creative venue for private parties, including birthday parties, corporate events, engagement parties, and celebrations of life. Rent the studio and host your event your way, or choose from optional custom art projects to add a unique creative experience. Our warm, art-filled space is the perfect place to gather, celebrate, and create unforgettable memories.
Cancellation Policy
Celebrate life’s special moments at The Makery—Wake Forest’s creative venue for bridal showers, engagement parties, baby showers, and milestone celebrations. Our light-filled art studio offers a warm, flexible space you can personalize for your event, with the option to add custom art projects for a memorable hands-on experience. Whether you’re gathering with family, friends, or your bridal party, The Makery provides the perfect backdrop for meaningful, stylish, and joy-filled celebrations. Celebration Includes: Private use of gallery, conference room and main studio Furnishings 10 - 2'x4' White art tables (paint splatter's included) 30 Chairs Use of shared accessible bathroom Use of shared sink and counter space Capacity: Up to 75 guests Pricing: $150 per hour Including time to set up and clean up $300 minimum (includes deposit) $150 deposit to reserve your date Food & Decorations: You’re welcome to bring cake, snacks, and drinks. Outside food and drink is allowed. Bring your own decorations (we recommend tablecloths, themed plates, balloons, etc.). You are welcome to arrange your own furniture rentals Would you like to add an art experience to coincide with your party? See our private event art options or contact us plan a specialized project. Art project pricing ranges from $10-50 per person to be added onto your total hour pricing.
